  • 4. Return Policy

    We only accept return due to wrong item shipped by error. Please notify us of any error by email citing your invoice number and the product code. No replacement will be shipped until we receive the wrongly shipped items from you. We will cover the both the return and replacement shipping charges if we are at fault. 

    Transponder chips, Transponder keys and Remotes are not returnable for whatever reason. So make sure you know exactly what you want and get the correct items. You can always check with us before you place your order. 

    For International orders, return just simply doesn’t make sense. This is because the non-refundable shipping charge and 20% re-stocking fee (industry norm) might cost more than the goods or form a substantial proportion. Thus we strongly advise you to make your order very carefully and avoid return at all cost. However should you have a very good reason and you find it worthwhile to return, please email us your intention, we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

    All items approved for return must be brand new, in perfect condition with all original packaging and parts. Customers are responsible for return shipping and arrangement at their own cost. All returns are subject to 20% re-stocking charge. Shipping and related charges are non-refundable.

  • 5. Payment Policy

    PayPal or Credit/Debit Card Through PayPal

    We prefer paypal or credit/debit card through paypal for order not exceeding $8000 (Singapore dollars). All paypal payments must be made in Singapore Dollars. Payment received in other currency is subject to 4% surcharge. You can still opt to pay by paypal for order exceeding $8000, but we would have to levy a 3.5% surcharge.

    Telegraphic Transfer through Bank or Remittance Agency

    Please pay order exceeding $8000 Singapore dollars by telegraphic transfer through your bank or remittance agency. All bank charges (your bank, agent bank if any and receiving bank) must be paid by the customer. We must receive the full amount in the invoice otherwise a new invoice will be raised to cover the charges; you would then need to do one more transfer resulting in even more bank charges. If your bank cannot determine the amount of overseas charges at the time of your transfer, please add 1.5% (minimum S$50) to the total. We do accept US dollar if your bank does not trade in Singapore dollar. However you would need to get the equivalent amount from us (receiving banks conversion rate), do not use your own rate or any other money changer rate.

  • 6. Pricing Policy

    All prices in online store are constantly revised. We reserve the right to change any price without notice. We are not liable for incorrect prices posted online. Customers will be notified of any price difference when the order is being processed. Although the majority of the data in online store is correct. There can be discrepancies in product descriptions, product code and prices. In such cases, you will be notified via email before we finalise the order. We make every effort to avoid pricing errors and will do our best to correct any errors that are missed.

  • 7. Goods & Service Tax

    We are not a GST registered entity at the moment, hence no GST will be charged.

  • 8. Stock Availability online store does not reflect the availability or stocking status of the items. Not all items are always in stock. In the event that all or part of your order is not in stock, we shall inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. Please do not make any payment yet if you need all items to be in stock and shipped immediately. Make it clear in the comment, we will get back to you as soon as your order is processed.

  • 9. Order Cancellation

    You may only cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it if it has not already shipped or processed. We will make every effort to cancel your order prior to shipment. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped or processed.

  • 10. Refuse Order

    Your receipt of an automated order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason even if you have made full or partial payment. (in which event we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge). Your order will be deemed accepted upon shipment of the Product.

  • 11. Warranty Policy

    No car manufacturer has a distribution channel just for remotes and keys, so you would not enjoy any warranty unless you buy from your local dealership. We have been buying and selling genuine remote keys for more than ten years without any problem or warranty issue.

  • 12. Technical Support online store only caters to professional automotive locksmiths and key specialists who already have the expertise and necessary equipment to do transponder. We do not provide technical support on how to program transponder keys and remotes. Neither do we provide FREE programming procedures or manuals. We will only assist you to get the correct remotes and keys for the vehicles. Read our FAQ on how to know whether a remote-key will work on your car.
