All visitors should read our various "Policies" before they start to use this site.
1. Add any item you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
2. You are required to log in to complete the order.
3. You need to register for an account if you are not already registered.
4. Choose your payment mode, currently you can only pay by paypal, credit card through paypal or bank transfer.
5. Choose your shipping method.
6. Shipping charge is not added to the total instantly. We will work out the cost base on your preferred mode and tell you by email.
7. If you are paying by paypal, you need to pay for the goods first. And then the shipping charges after we tell you the amount. If you are paying by bank transfer, we will email an invoice for total amount with our bank information.
8. No goods will be shipped before full payment is received.
 How to find the product you want
There are a few ways to find a product in our website:
The fastest way is to use our powerful Product Search. The search field is always at the top right corner just below the main menu. When you use product search, you are searching the Product Code and the Product Name fields.
Search by Product Code
Every product in our store has a unique 5-digit product code. Enter the code will bring you straight to that specific product. This is the faster way to find a product if you have bought it before and know the code.
Search by Product Name
For remotes & keys, Product Name is the make and model. If you search Toyota, all Toyota remotes and keys will be displayed, if you search Camry, only Camry remotes and keys will be displayed. For other products, the Product Name is the description of the product. Eg. If you search Texas, all Texas transponder chips will be displayed.
Browse by Manufacturers (drop-down list)
This filter is for Remotes & Keys only. If you select Jaguar, only remotes and keys for Jaguar are displayed.
Browse by Departments menu (expandable and collapsible menu)
Currently we have three Departments. Locksmith Tools and Transponder Chips have no sub-menu, so it is very straight forward, just click on it to show all the items. Remotes & Keys are being arranged by car makes follow by car models in alphabetical order. The numbers in bracket indicate the number of items in that menu. Eg. Camry(4) mean there are 4 items for Camry in our store.
Shop by categories (drop-down list)
Select Genuine Transponder key will show only transponder keys. No remote or remote integrated key will be shown.
Currency selection
All prices are in Singapore dollars (S$) by default. You can choose to see the prices in other currencies available in the drop-down list but the final amount you need to pay will be base on the actual amount displayed in Singapore dollars, not a conversion of any other currency. To make sure that foreign currencies shown are as accurate as possible, we will update the rates at least once a week.
Member Types & Discounts
Soxxi.com distinguishes customers by four member types base on their purchases. Discounts are applied when they check out base on their member type. Classification of member type is automated base on their current and cumulative orders. Any member can become any member type instantly simply by fulfilling the required order value, there is no time bar or limit. E.g. a first time customer will become a Gold Member straight away if his first order exceeds S$15000. He will get to enjoy 35% discount even for the first order. However if a member attained a higher member type from cumulative orders, he will not enjoy discounts on his past orders. There is also no time limit for a member to attain to a higher member type through cumulative orders. All figures on orders are based on completed orders, i.e. order accepted by us, fully paid and goods shipped.
Ordinary Member – No discount
No purchase or accumulated order not more than Singapore dollars S$5000
Bronze Member – 15% discounts
Requirement: First order or cumulative orders more than Singapore dollars S$5000 (approx USD3570)
Silver Member – 25% discounts
Requirement: First order or cumulative orders more than Singapore dollars S$10000 (approx USD7140)
Gold Member – 35% discounts
Requirement: First order or cumulative orders more than Singapore dollars S$15000 (approx USD10700)
Special Bulk Order
There is always room for better price if you wish to purchase any item in big quantity. You can request for a special quotation if any item you wish to order exceed the following quantity:
Genuine Remote and intergrate remote keys -- exceed 50pcs per item
Transponder keys -- exceed 100pcs per item
Transponder chips -- exceed 1000pcs per item
Locksmith tools -- exceed 50pcs per item
Please send the request just like you are making a real order with "Request for special quotation" in the comment field. We will not reply to any request made by regular email or any other means as usually much time is wasted in asking for more information. We will also not reply to any enquiry or request if your particulars are not properly filled in when you register on our site. We will need your company′s information, your name, your contact information and address. We will delete and bar those who abuse our system.
